I broke through a decade long plateau and lost 12ish pounds over the last 12 weeks. I'm seeing numbers on the scale that seemed unachievable 12 weeks ago. I had to buy all new pants, and even bought a couple pairs of shorts! Taking control of my health has given me newfound confidence, especially since I'm 44 and I had lost hope that I would ever be in this shape again.
